Transcript Requests
Initial and Mid-Year Transcript Request Process
There are two steps to request transcripts to be electronically sent to colleges:
- Make sure you have added the colleges to your list in SchoolLinks:
- Access your SchoolLinks account through eClass under Additional Resources
- Go to College->College Applications
- Click +Add application in the upper right corner
- Search for the college and click Add application
- Answer the questions about the Application Method and Type
- Click Save Application
- If applying through Common App, you will be prompted to link your Common App and SchoolLinks accounts if you haven’t already done so
- Access MyPaymentsPlus (MPP)to pay the transcript fee. The cost for a transcript is $5 per college (for Common App one $5 payment covers the transcript/School Report for all Common App schools) . This fee covers both the initial and mid-year Transcripts.
- Go to Events & Activities, then find Electronic Transcript Request
- Enter the number of transcripts needed, enter college names on the tabs when prompted (for Common App schools, just type Common App), and submit payment
To request a hard copy of a transcript, submit the request through MyPaymentsPlus and pick it up in the Counseling Office
Final Transcript Request Process
If you plan to attend any Postsecondary Institution, a final transcript must be sent! Final transcripts are NOT available through Naviance, Parchment, or Common App.
Below are two methods to obtain a final transcript.
- IF YOUR COLLEGE IS IN GEORGIA (no fee required)
You can send your transcript electronically at GaFutures
- IF YOUR COLLEGE IS NOT IN GEORGIA ($5.00 fee required)
Please pay the $5.00 transcript fee online at MyPaymentsPlus(MPP) and submit the drop-down form (under school fees). Please mark the appropriate method of transcript delivery on the form.
*STUDENT ATHLETES*
Student athletes must send a final transcript to the NCAA, or NAIA as well as the college. Please email Tammi Boswell to have your transcript uploaded electronically to the NCAA or NAIA.
