Student Technology Help

Every student enrolled at Dacula High School receives a GCPS issued Chromebook and Charger.  If you do not have a chromebook and/or charger, please visit the Media Center to receive one.

1.If your chromebook is not powering on, please press the refresh key and the power key at the same time while the chromebook is plugged in to your charger. 

2.  New password?  When prompted on the screen, click "Forgot your old password" and then "proceed anyway".  It will tell you it is going to clear your data, but it does not since your files live in your Google Drive.

3.  Still having chromebook issues?  Stop by the Media Center with a pass for help!
